pour l'état d'esprit, l'engagement et l'énergie (mentale et physique).

Sacre bleu, ça pulse! Je ne sais pas, ça commence plutôt avec une énergie bloquée, une tête comme une pastèque et un corps dur comme un bout de bois. D'accord, c'est la vérité du moment et j'en fais pas une maladie. A la grâce de Dieu.
